SnapSaverX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

How SnapSaverX Works

SnapSaverX is an online tool that parses publicly available URLs to extract direct media links. We do not host, store, cache, or upload any copyrighted files on our servers. All downloads are processed directly from the original social media platform's Content Delivery Network (CDN) to the user's local device.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that a user is utilizing our tool to infringe upon your copyrights, please note that because we do not host the files, we cannot delete them from the internet. You must contact the original hosting platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to issue a takedown request.

However, we can block specific URLs from being processed through our tool. To request a URL block, please provide a written communication that includes the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material (the specific social media URL) that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be blocked from our tool.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
